Excerpt from February's Guild Meeting "We’ve noticed a sharp decrease in attendance of Wīnd events held on Sunday. I’ve often heard feedback that it is due to the inconvenience of the time slot, especially since it bleeds into Monday for certain time zones.
The current plan of action is to move the time slot of Wīnd Sunday events to another time slot. Suggestions are to place the time slot at 2 hours (1pm) or 4 hours (11pm) prior to its current time (3pm) and it will be voted upon in the forums. This change will not take effect until the first Wīnd of March."
2 Hours Prior would mean the schedule would look more like this: - 11:00am Honolulu, United States - 1:00pm Los Angeles, United States - 4:00pm New York, United States - 10:00pm Berlin, Germany - 4:00am Jakarta, Indonesia* - 8:00am Sydney, Australia*
4 Hours Prior would mean the schedule would look more like this: - 9:00am Honolulu, United States - 11:00am Los Angeles, United States - 2:00pm New York, United States - 8:00pm Berlin, Germany - 2:00am Jakarta, Indonesia* - 6:00am Sydney, Australia*
7 Hours Prior would mean the schedule would look more like this: - 6:00am Honolulu, United States - 8:00am Los Angeles, United States - 11:00am New York, United States - 5:00pm Berlin, Germany - 11:00pm Jakarta, Indonesia - 3:00am Sydney, Australia*
Commentary from Guild Meeting was that 7 hours will be convenient for most members though still sits at a huge inconvenience to our members in the Australia time zone. We would really love to hear everyone's input on this subject!

I am still all for the 7 hour adjustment... however. I am also not against a late run on the American side of the globe if that would accommodate the rest of the guild with late day or evening times! by the looks of things.. virtually any time will place someone in the after midnight dilemma though... so.. barring Australian counter suggestions to add a new time on the opposite end of what we have landed on to perhaps balance things in favor of American after dark raids... I see that of the three.. 7 hours seems the most universally available time frame in the stack. I am an evening to late late night player in middle America.. so... I am up.. and ready to lend my might to the cause as late as 4 AM server time virtually every day! if that helps any further time suggestions on the global front? (but.. I also see that people have school and work on Monday... I do not... A 15 foot fall from a ladder breaking ribs and my sternum, coupled with the fine American health care system of "walk it off son.. you'll be fine" in lue of actual health care kinda put me out of the employment game for a while... HA! so maybe tossing out my "any time, even 4 AM!" isn't the best suggestion... but.. hey.. I am trying here... hahahah)

Forgive me for missing the meeting, but my cousin and I were raiding stores for Pokemon 20 anniversary stuff. Anyway, 2 hours works best for me, with 4 hours being an iffy thing given that I go to church on Sundays at around that time, and 7 hours is an absolute no for me since I hate waking up early. But if it's for the others, I'm willing to make a sacrifice.

7 Hours seems like the best choice, since it eliminates issues for most of the zones. Could we maybe do two different guild mission slots for Sundays? If we get input from some of the Aussie members on better times for them, I may be able to host the second slot so they don't have to miss out on the events (Since I'm up at odd hours anyway, may as well make it useful) or a rotation of some sort.

Well it may be inconvenient, but i believe that there should be multiple events held on server time. For instance we could keep the 3pm event but have a separate similar event at like 8am or 9am. That way people can participate in an event without getting too much strain for time. I know this may be taxing on resources but I for one don't wake up on weekends till 10am-12pm. Meaning if there was a shift in time the first thing I'd do would be Mabinogi, and I can't do that every weekend. More events means that we have more options to choose from without being restricted to a specific schedule.

If we choose 7h prior, i could not be able to be at the Wind event, cause my work is ending at 7 PM of CET.

7h may be the best choice since it eliminates most of the time zones issue, but our goal is to increase attendance of wind event, therefore, we need people's opinion to see if they can make it in 2 hours or 4 hours. For me, it doesn't matter to me as my time zone is fine and can attend any wind event at any time. I vote for 2 hours
