Member Ranking System
As of May 2016, we have transitioned to a newer form of ranking by straying away from the traditional forum titles achieved by posting and moving towards a way to identify those who exemplify the guild values and distinguish themselves among their peers.
There are three basic requirements a member must have to be eligible for advancement:
1. Personal profile picture
2. Introduction on the Introduction Board
3. 5 or more Awards by participating in guild events or registering their in-game progress in the Proving grounds.
Member Basic
Rank is earned when membership accepted to Alstroemeria.
Member not authorized to use Donation Box rewards.
Member Apprentice
Rank is earned when:
Fulfill two of the above requirements.
Member authorized to use Donation Box rewards.
Member
Rank is earned when:
Fulfill all three requirements.
Member for 14 days or more.
Member authorized to use Donation Box rewards unless in probation status.
Member eligible for advancement unless in probation status.
/////Ranks mentioned from here on, can be lost due to inactivity without prior notice/////
Members who have obtained the following ranks and returned after a period of inactivity will be demoted to Member status for no earlier than 30 days. After 30 days they will be automatically promoted to Veteran. However they must undergo another evaluation after 45 and 90 days for the Elite and Ensign ranks respectively.
Investigations
Investigations are defined as state in which a member who has been reported for violating guild policy. Members who have incurred an infraction due to guild policy violations will be on probation status for no earlier than 14 days up to 90 days.
Veteran
Rank is earned when:
Guild advancement exam score of 90 or above.
Member status of 30 days or more.
Active status of 30 days or more.
No pending investigations.
Member authorized to use Donation Box rewards.
Member eligible for advancement.
Member earnings: 50 credits / fortnight.
Elite
Rank is earned when:
Earned 10 or more guild awards
Evaluated by 2 or more Staff members based on guild involvement.
Member status of 90 days or more.
Active status of 45 days or more.
No pending investigations.
Member authorized to use Donation Box rewards.
Member eligible for advancement.
Member earnings: 75 credits / fortnight.
Ensign
Rank is earned when:
Evaluated by 2 or more Staff members based on guild involvement.
Member status of 180 days or more.
Active status of 90 days or more.
No pending investigations.
Member authorized to use Donation Box rewards.
Member earnings: 100 credits / fortnight.
