Enforcement? What? Why now? What happened?
It has come to my attention that there has been an increase in complaints within the past 90 days.
In response to this, our staff will be enforcing guild policies more strictly.
What were some of the violations of Guild Policy that were investigated?
1. Lack of Respect towards others (2 resolved)
- Personal attacks towards another member
- Tone and Choice of Words
2. Responsibility of own Words & Actions (1 resolved)
- Inability to take responsibility
4. Disrespecting Staff Members (1 resolved)
- Tone and Choice of Words
7. Excessive Profanity directed at others (1 resolved)
8. Sexual Harassment (2 resolved)
- Asking for nudes
- Asking favors of a sexual nature
- Persistent one sided flirting
- Instigation of adultery

What does this mean for you?
If you are an offender, you will incur forfeiture of all Alstroemeria Credits and 90-day Restricted Status--or should you be deemed unfit for our guild culture, Dishonorable Discharge from the Guild and Community.
If you are a victim of such conduct, rest assured we are doing our best to ensure our community is free of such behaviors.
Am I an offender?
If you have engaged in any questionable conduct, chances are that it has been reported.
Remember, you are the only person responsible for your own words and actions. Excuses are unacceptable.
We as staff members are responsible to ensure our guild name is not tainted by persons engaging in such conduct wearing OUR guild name.

So you want to hide behind someone by instilling fear in them? Cool. Sure.
The feelings and emotions of other people are not things to play with. The game is meant to be played, not people. Understand this.
It disgusts me to know there are men out there openly sexualizing and objectifying women, especially those who encourage infidelity.
And even moreso it disgusts me to know they are part of the community we harbored as a safe haven from all the pressures of society.
What?! What I did was in private!
If you punch someone in the face in your home, it doesn't change the fact that you assaulted them.
It doesn't change the fact that the things you say or do are unacceptable, condescending or demeaning to their mental health.
Tell us this though,
Does that make us bad people for confronting people who do bad things? Where do we draw the line?
We have to stand up for what is right in our community. If we don't, who will? Alstroemeria will not be complacent for bad behaviors to dominate the ambiance of our harmonious community.
Do let us know if you have a problem with any of our members, we will not stand for behaviors that shame OUR guild name.
Oh and yes, retaliation against anyone reporting is grounds for immediate termination. Fear and blackmail is a coward's weapon.
Do let us know if they have anything they can use against you as well.
In cases of blackmail, we will forward all evidence and information to the authorities if needed.
