What type of "Dere" do you think you are?
And do you see the others as their described "dere" or did you think differently~?
Or do you see someone who fits the definition PERFECTLY?
Types of "dere":
And do you see the others as their described "dere" or did you think differently~?
Or do you see someone who fits the definition PERFECTLY?
Types of "dere":
- Tsundere: standard 'harsh outside, soft inside' type, acts rudely but is really a huge softie after you break through their shell. "It's not like I love you or something!"
- Yandere: initially sweet and affectionate, with their love eventually turning into a stalkeresqe obsession and occasionally a murderous fixation on ‘getting rid of competition’ over time.
- Kuudere: cold, blunt, cynical, and pretty much doesn't care if her beloved dies. That's what she is on the outside but she is actually caring and nice on the inside. Differs from tsundere since tsundere is when the character frequently runs hot and cold between tsun and dere. Kuudere is when the character only occasionally shows her caring side.
- Dandere: might appear very silent and even emotionless at first, until someone "pulls their trigger" and it comes out they were just shy. "She doesn’t speak at all mostly, but when there’s no one else but you two, she would be sweet to you."
- Coodere: A coodere starts cold, distant, uninterested and doesn't pay any attention to potential love interests, but eventually turns lovestruck. Unlike the classic type, a coodere doesn't get hostile with the other characters, but just ignores them.
- Deredere: characters who are entirely sweet and energetic and show this personality to everybody.
- Kamidere: Characters with a god complex, frequently behave as tsundere as well. May or may not have actual god powers. These characters are usually proud and/or arrogant and take no shame in stating what (they believe) they are best at.
- Himedere: A character that demands to be treated like royalty by his or her loved ones and may or may not actually be royalty. Kinda similar to kamidere, but expect to be treated as a princess rather then a god
There are probably a ton more dere's now... Share them below!
I think I'm a mix of Coodere and Kuudere.
