Well.. you start seeing some people turn giant during the Manus's Potion Fishing Event (November 5th, 2014 - November 18th, 2014).

If you guys are wondering how one time my character turns out to be huge is because I have been saving this one tin potion from long long ago fishing event (can't remember which fishing event, but not 2014 ones) and somehow the old tin potion gives the opposite effects. ^U^
