Ruiha, if you want us to make games, then tell us what program to use and tips for making a games There are too many different programs out there to use for making games. Personally I use Multimedia Fusion 2 but that may be too complicated for beginners. I'd recommend starting out with RPG Maker since it is fairly simple to use and sports a free version if I recall correctly. Basic tips I recommend is to test your game frequently and get feedback from as much people as possible. And especially pay attention to how your game is pacing and keep the game challenging to encourage mastery of the game at higher levels. I recommend keeping it simple since most complex games tend to take over a year or so to develop and most people aren't willing to spend too much time over an 'amateur' game. (If most people are like me, they download the game--play for the first five minutes and decide if they keep playing or delete it). But hey, if you can pull it off and you have the dedication and motivation--by all means go for it~ Oh yeah.. and map design.. Don't make maps bigger than necessary especially when there's a lack of scenery. There's a reason why in the original Pokemon, when you go indoors it appears a lot bigger inside. I get irritated at game developers who don't give attention to unnecessarily large maps and I'm looking at you Nexon and your fucking oversized Tara and Taillteann when there's literally so little to do there. And have fun with it~ Sometimes the struggle of making it can be frustrating but if you do all the hard work, the end product tends to be that much better

about the RPG maker, well, those things has a free trial. I don't have time to do a 30 day free trial because i have school and stuff, i mean like i have a sfm, but they are only for animation.
I need a true free game-maker, i'm sorry, Ruiha, but i need ALOT of time to do so.

"Rome wasn't built in a day." - French proverb
To make a decent game it takes a lot of time, effort, devotion, and attention to detail. When I was making my game, I had school and I had a job but I'd always find time to work on my game because I wanted to make something that I wanted others to enjoy and something I could proudly say that it's something I made.
RPG Maker VX Ace Lite is completely free so you should give it a try.
If you don't mind being frustrated about learning about a more advanced tool to create more flexible and powerful games like the one I use, you might want to look into GameMaker: Studio which is also completely free to use.
For my RPG Maker games (which suck ass and you should never play them), they took me roughly two months to make. One of them even took a year of development mainly because I wanted to make it non-linear with branching storylines (which was too ambitious for just one person to work on and I quickly cancelled it).
For my previous project under Multimedia Fusion 2, it honestly took me a week to make the gameplay (because the gameplay is arcade) and I've been fine tuning it over the following week or two. It's a really dead simple game.
Personally I love taking pride in what I do. Whether it's my game or the design of the guild website--it's important to me that every little detail is a reflection of what I'm capable of doing.
