Uhhh so like yes this popped into my mind like 2 in the morning but whatever Lol
I wanted to make a suggestion that.. seeing how interviews are held one on one
why don't we make it a guild interview? I mean.. Have the applicant with either the guild leader or guild officer and it's crucial that the senior members are there for the interview (given that they are on Mabi during that time,) everyone else is an option.
We can meet anywhere as long as it's not in public where everyone can see us talk, I mean we don't want randoms crashing into the interview :C So like in Scat or w/e Lol or our guild hall
And once all members are there, the interview would start
And given that guild leader is there, she starts the questioning and when she's out of questions the officer takes over, and when all main questions are done by the leader and/or officer. All other questions are opened up to the senior members and/or the remaining guild members that are physically there for the interview.
Once interview is finished, we should all decide as a guild via guild chat if this applicant is accepted or rejected and once everyone (particularly those that were there at the interview) gives an OK or a No. The rest goes from there lol
The whole point of being there isn't to intimidate the applicant but to show them in a way that this guild is a guild that's willing to be active and importantly, friendly. cx But to also give the other guild members an idea of who this applicant is - not just a random person that joined the guild.
I mean like, I don't want the interview to be ALL serious Have a few laughs and so on and we can joke around but when the time comes to be serious - Please. Be Serious.
And If the applicant gets accepted - we should do a guild run of something as like a celebration
But yeah, let me know what you guys think~
