If we were to pick a single time for a guild meeting, there will always be others who will be left out. This happened when I tried to arrange others for a guild photo shoot but the timing did not work out for many people so the guild photo shoot ended up as a failure.

    Firstly, the benefit of having different meetings enables those who can not attend the guild meeting to at least meet other guild members and have the chance to engage in activities with them. This way, no one will be left out from the guild meetings and group activities. Regardless of the size of the group, it still enables one to be involved. This also eliminates the stranger relationships between guild members by having them get to know each other.

    Furthermore, the second benefit of having different meetings is the flexibility of the time. The various guild meetings will not be exclusive to those living in different time zones at all; all guild members are welcomed to attend any guild meetings. If one wishes to attend one guild meeting or even all of them, they are free to do so. Some of the guild members have school in the morning, so they can not attend the morning meetings, but if they wish to attend the afternoon and evening meetings, they are free to do so. In another case, some others may be available in the morning till afternoon, but have business to attend to during the evening. These people can attend both the morning and afternoon meetings if they wish to. By offering various times for the guild meeting, one can choose to attend one or more guild meetings if it is favourable to them.

    Ultimately, by having various times for guild meetings, the chances of one being involved with the guild is much greater when compared to hosting a guild meeting at a single set date and time. He/she will have more choices to choose from since there are a multiple options for guild meetings. Also, the flexibility of the times will be more favourable to one's schedule, which will also increase the chances of them attending at least one guild meeting. Surely, the quality of the experience will not be as exciting as having ALL members attend but that is proven to be impossible by the failure of the photo shoot.

    I proposed the idea of hosting different guild meetings because I do not want any guild members to be left out due to the conflict between their own schedule in their personal life and the time of the guild meeting.
