I think we should just make a thread listing/ recapping the things discussed at a particular guild meeting so regardless of time zone, all guild members can read it and input their opinions by commenting. This way, we could either have guild meetings at a set time on a set date every time.

I like the idea of having an event to bring guild mates together but I agree that having multiple meetings would defeat the purpose and make the meetings redundant (having a thread racap what was discussed is a great idea though). I fully support guild raids. It's a really nice way to get members together although anything would work as long as there is a time and place
